Welcome to Martin Road Elementary. We are excited about the possibilities and accomplishments your child will enjoy during their time in grades 3-6. Here at Martin Road, we try to keep things simple by living by only 2 school rules. Those being 1- Respect the authority of an adult and 2- Respect yourself, others and property. From these we try to focus on reinforcing respectful and positive behaviors throughout our school day using a simple color code for behavior. All students begin everyday on “Green”. Should behavior become negative during the course of a day, their color will change on a chart. Each color indicates the level of severity of inappropriate behavior as well as a consequence. Our goal everyday is to – Start GREENand Stay GREEN!

In an effort to build better supports for quality classroom success, we must be able to address behaviors that interrupt and disrupt learning. To accomplish this, an After School Principal’s Detention was implemented. Click here for complete details.
We are pleased to announce that we now have two SES providers available for Martin Road Elementary, Middle School and High School students.
