Parent and Student PortalsThe Parent Portal and the Student Portal are available through an eSchoolData web application that can enhance communications with parents/guardians of students attending our public schools. Portal access is available for parents of students attending Truman Elementary School, Martin Road Elementary School, Lackawanna Middle School, or Lackawanna High School.
NOTE: New accounts for Parent Portal may take some time to setup. An email notification is sent with instructions for accessing Parent Portal.

How do Parents login to the Parent Portal?
Parents/Guardians login using their email address provided at the time of registration. If you have not provided an email address, you will need to stop by the Registration Office between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm and have photo identification with you.The first time login prompts will guide you through setting up your account and provide you with a way to enter a password for your account.NOTE: Parent Portal Registration is inactive on the Parent Portal Login page. Accounts are provided to Parents/Guardians by the District. For Parent Portal account, the District must have on file documentation that verifies you are a Lackawanna Public School student's parent/guardian.
What happens if a parent/guardian attempts to login incorrectly too many times?
You can retrieve your Parent Portal account password by clicking Forgot Password? link on Parent Portal Login page.What if a parent/guardian has trouble with login to Parent Portal?
1. Try the Forgot Password? link on the Parent Portal Login page.
2. If Forgot Password? link does not work, contact Matteo Anello, Principal of Technology and CIO at 716-821-5610 ext. 7792.
NOTE: For Parent Portal account, the District must have on file documentation that verifies you are a Lackawanna Public School student's parent/guardian.How do Students login to the Student Portal?
Students login using the Same Login as their District Student login.
Student Username: first letter of first name + first two letters of last name + last four characters of Student ID + @lackawannaschools.org
Student Password: pP- + YYYYMM
What happens if a student attempts to login incorrectly too many times?
Student Portal account locks after 5 failed attempts.
What should a student do if their Student Portal account is locked?
If a student has locked their Student Portal account, they should notify their School Building Principal. The School Building Principal can unlock the student portal account.
Who can unlock a Student Portal account?
School Building Principals and their Office Secretary can unlock student portal accounts.
How to Unlock Student Portal account (School Building Principal and their Office Secretary)?
1. Login to eSchoolData
2. Click Interoperability, click eSP
3. Click Student Account Management
4. Click Search to show all students or use filters to find student
NOTE: Student Portal accounts with orange lock image are locked. Unlocked acconts will not have the orange lock image.
5. Click orange lock image to unlock Student Portal account.
