Questions & Answers for the Student Portal
Portal access is available for students attending Truman Elementary
School, Martin Road Elementary School, Lackawanna Middle School and
Lackawanna High School.
Q: What happens if a student attempts to login incorrectly too many times?
A: The Student Portal account locks after 5 failed attempts.
Q: What should a student do if their Student Portal account is locked?
A: If
a student has locked their Student Portal account, they should notify
the following individual based on their school, so they can unlock the
account:
High School/Middle School: The student's guidance counselor or the guidance secretary.
Martin Road/Truman: The building principal.
How to Unlock a Student Portal Account (Building Principal / Office Secretary)
1. Log in to eSchoolData.
2. Click "Interoperability" and click "eSP".
3. Click "Student Account Management."
4. Click "Search" to show all students or use filters to find student.
NOTE: Student Portal accounts with orange lock images are locked. Unlocked accounts will not have the orange lock image.
5. Click the orange lock image to unlock the Student Portal account.
