
Registration for the Lackawanna City School District's 2021-22 Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program will begin on Monday, Feb. 1, 2021.
The UPK program is for children who are four years old on or before Dec. 1, 2021. To apply for the 2021-22 school year, you must submit a complete registration packet, one for each child, along with the following to the Registration Office:
• Proof of guardianship, such as the child's birth certificate;
• Residency test, primary proof and secondary proof;
• Child's immunization record and updated physical;
• Parent photo identification.
Applications will be accepted at the Registration Office in the McKinley Administrative Building, 245 S. Shore Blvd., Lackawanna, NY 14218. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the phone number is 716-821-5610, ext. 7703.
