Please note, a Transportation Service Request Form must be submitted to the District by the April 1 deadline every school year for each child who is a Lackawanna City School District resident and attending a Non-Public or Charter School.

Hello Lackawanna Families, 

April 1st, 2024 is the deadline for all Non-Public and Charter School Transportation Requests for the 2024-2025 school year. Forms can be found here: Transportation Forms & Policy.  All requests are to be returned to The Transportation Department at The Lackawanna City School District Administration Building located at 245 South Shore Boulevard.  Requests can be dropped off, mailed or faxed to 716-821-5625.   Please have in on time to avoid delays in transportation in September.
