Educators from across the Lackawanna City School District came together for our Superintendent’s Conference Day, a day dedicated to learning, collaboration and growth!
Teachers, support staff and administrators participated in a variety of sessions designed to strengthen instructional practices, explore innovative strategies and deepen understanding of our district’s foundational tools and programs. From curriculum alignment and classroom discussion strategies to hands-on training and idea sharing, the day was filled with opportunities to learn with and from one another. As one staff member shared, our goal always remains for students to be the best version of themselves.
