Monday, May 18th - FREE Lackawanna CSD Fall Sports Physicals in the MS/HS Nurse's Office for incoming 7-12th graders who intend to play a Lackawanna Varsity, JV or Modified sport in Fall 2026!
Fall sports include cheer, soccer, football, volleyball, cross country and unified bocce.
Students must pre-register with the school nurse to be scheduled for the May 18 physical.
Athletes who do not participate in the May 18 physical may obtain a health physical with their primary doctor and submit a copy to the nurse's office.
