Dear Eighth Grade Parents and Guardians:
As the school year comes to a close, we would like to recognize the hard work and accomplishments of our 8th grade students. We cordially invite you to attend our 8th grade Moving Up Day Ceremony on Thursday, June 25th in the auditorium. All guests should enter through door 5 and will need to show photo ID upon arrival. This event will begin promptly at 8:00 am, but doors to the auditorium will open at 7:45am. At this time, parents will be able to view student biographies and hear our wonderful 8th grade band. Following our moving up day program, light refreshments and photo opportunities will be available. We hope that you will be able to join us and celebrate the success of our 8th grade students.
As you arrive for our upcoming event, please be aware that construction is currently taking place around the school campus. For everyone’s safety, we ask that all visitors proceed with caution and avoid entering any construction areas, as these zones may contain potential hazards. Parking is limited along Martin Road and in the U-drive, however, you can park in the St. Steven’s Church parking lot (see map). Families who choose to park in the church parking lot may use a district provided vehicle, which will provide continuous loops to and from the front entrance of the building before and after the event. Please look for the designated ‘shuttle’ pick-up area and posted signs in the St. Steven’s parking lot. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to keep everyone safe during construction

Tickets will be issued to families based on the information submitted below. Everyone attending must have a ticket to enter.
