Families are invited to take advantage of free school and sports physicals being offered at two Buffalo locations this August. These physicals help students meet health requirements for school attendance and participation in athletic programs.
For school physicals, parents or guardians should bring the required health form provided by their child's school.

Additional services include free Hands-Only CPR education and dental screenings. Limited appointments are available, and walk-ins are welcome.
