Lackawanna students received around 200 shoes in the Kicks for Kids Giveaway, through the Imagine For Youth Foundation. Lackawanna High School hosted the event where Bills Football Player and founder of the Imagine For Youth Foundation, Micah Hyde, helped give away shoes to our Lackawanna students. Lackawanna School Resource Officer and Board Member for the foundation, Keith Kwiatkowski, played a large role in organizing the event, helping deliver the shoes, decorating and connecting the Lackawanna School District with Imagine For Youth.
Participants in the event engaged in several activities and were given the opportunity to take pictures with Micah Hyde. Both Kicks For Kids and the Imagine For Youth foundation provide valuable services, resources and education to youth, allowing them to thrive and grow. The Imagine For Youth Foundation’s mission is to help children achieve a healthy, active and educated life.
