Lackawanna City School District students are invited to “steal some time” to read this summer through the Story Steelers Summer Reading Program!
Students can read any books they enjoy, log their reading and earn entries into a raffle for prizes. The more books students read and log, the more chances they have to win.
Summer reading helps students retain and build academic skills, improve vocabulary and comprehension, develop creativity and critical thinking and discover new interests and passions.
